There’s no shortage of culinary talent and innovation in Calgary, a fact that was evident at Avenue‘s 2025 Best Restaurants Chef’s Celebration.
On March 3, Calgary foodies, Avenue Best Restaurants judges and members of the restaurant industry joined Avenue to celebrate the chefs, restaurateurs and teams behind Calgary’s 2025 best overall and best new restaurants, as well as the spots that earned honourable mentions.
Held at Trico Homes, the reception and awards presentation featured a welcoming address from RedPoint Media Group president and co-owner Käthe Lemon, who invited representatives from this year’s winning restaurants to accept their award plaques and take photos. The celebration also included charcuterie, baked goods and other tasty snacks by Devour Catering, as well as a Cune Cava toast courtesy of Pacific Wine & Spirits.
The night showcased just how connected, strong and delicious Calgary’s dining scene is, and that it’s only going to continue to grow from here.
