If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to step inside the stories of your childhood, now is your chance to find out at Telus Spark.
To celebrate the 75th anniversary of Margaret Wise Brown’s Goodnight Moon, one of the most beloved bedtime stories, the Digital Immersion Gallery at Telus Spark is hosting a special Goodnight Moon experience that takes you inside the iconic green room where the book takes place.
Walk through the gallery’s 3,000-square-foot space as you interact with immersive visuals and say goodnight to the moon (and the cow jumping over it), the old lady, the three little bears and all the rest. Throughout Telus Spark, before and after the Immersion Gallery, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn about various topics around the science of sleep, including how dreams and nightmares work, how astronauts sleep and more.
Goodnight Moon is included with admission to Telus Spark ($19 for children, $26 for adults) and takes around nine minutes to complete. The presentation is first-come, first-served, but will play on a loop, so guests will be asked to wait in the Twilight Waiting Room for their turn to walk through.
Goodnight Moon runs from November 9 to February 2023.
